The firm uses submitted information to respond to inquiries, evaluate whether the firm can assist, communicate with visitors, operate and secure the site, improve performance, and understand how visitors use the site.

Important - No Confidential Relationship

Submitting information through this site does not create an attorney-client relationship and does not make the communication confidential or privileged. Please do not send sensitive, detailed, or time-sensitive case information through the site until representation has been established in writing.

Data Retention and Security

Information is retained as reasonably necessary for the purposes described or as required by law. Keil Defense takes reasonable measures to protect information, but no website or internet transmission can be guaranteed absolutely secure.

LedgerPro and Google API User Data

LedgerPro is an internal, owner-operated practice and business financial and operations system. It accesses only Gmail mailboxes expressly authorized by the owner and requests only Gmail read-only access. Gmail data may include message and thread identifiers, headers, sender and recipient information, subject lines, message content, attachment metadata, and attachment content needed for bounded receipt and document discovery.

LedgerPro Use, Processing, and Storage

Authorized Gmail data is processed and stored locally on the owner's controlled computer and approved directly attached local storage for local retrieval, hashing, duplicate detection, source provenance, and human-reviewed financial workflows. Gmail content is not sent to hosted large language model services and is not stored in hosted Supabase or Google Drive systems.

LedgerPro Sharing and Limited Use

Keil Defense does not sell Gmail data, use it for advertising, or use it to train generalized artificial intelligence or machine-learning models. LedgerPro's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

LedgerPro Retention, Deletion, and Revocation

Gmail-derived records are retained locally only as needed for authorized operational, financial, audit, legal, and recordkeeping purposes, subject to applicable legal and professional obligations, and are removed through governed local deletion procedures when no longer required. OAuth tokens are segregated by account and protected locally. The owner may revoke access through Google Account connections; revocation stops future access but does not automatically delete previously retained local records.

LedgerPro Read-Only Boundaries

The Gmail integration does not send, modify, label, archive, or delete messages. Additional details are available on the LedgerPro Gmail Data Practices page.

Children's Privacy

The site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13, and the firm does not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Your Choices

You may choose not to submit information through the site, and you may contact the firm to ask about information you have submitted. Declining to provide information may limit the firm's ability to respond to an inquiry.

Updates to This Policy

Keil Defense may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date on this page.
